Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are generally final and returns or refunds are not accepted after a product has been downloaded or accessed. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect file, experience a genuine technical problem, or are accidentally charged twice for the same product, please contact us at ikonikdesigner@gmail.com, and we will be happy to review the issue and provide an appropriate solution where possible.
